PRICES & RESORT TAX
Prices listed are valid for the stated number of persons per day exclusive of resort tax and end-of-stay cleaning. The resort tax of € 4.00 will be charged separately per person and day. Children and young adults under 15 years do not pay the resort tax.

SHORT STAY SURCHARGE
A surcharge of 15 % applies for a short stay of up to 3 days.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We only accept cash payment (no debit or credit cards) or bank transfer up to 3 days before departure.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in from 4.00 pm, Check-out until 9.00 am (Please inform us if you arrive later in the evening).

KITCHEN USE: RACLETTE, FONDUE & FRIED DISHES
The preparation of raclette, fondue and fried dishes is not permitted in our apartments, as our kitchens are all adjacent to open living areas and we would like to avoid unpleasant smells for the following guests. We will be happy to recommend restaurants in the area that offer such dishes.

PETS
Sorry, pets are not allowed.

CANCELLATION TERMS
Uncertain times require flexible solutions - this is all the more true for this year's holiday planning. Therefore, we want to give you exactly this flexibility by ensuring worriless and safe vacation planning. Currently the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Up to 15 days prior to arrival CANCELLATION is FREE OF CHARGE.
• From 14 days or less: 90 % of the total booking price.
• Down Payment: 30 % within 7 days after completing the booking.
• We strongly recommend that you take out European Travel Insurance. Further information can be found here!
